Recording Services

We provide our services at the required venue and according to your requirements. The recordings are done by our skilled and experienced technicians. Audio playback enables dispute resolution (recorded proceedings can be played back on the sound system speakers). Microphone jacks are available to accommodate unidirectional and omni directional microphones

Transcription Services

We have specialised and experienced dictaphone transcribers. Most of our typists are bilingual and we also have typists who are capable to transcribe in other languages such as Zulu, Sotho and Xhosa.

Transcripts are edited before our transcribers certify the transcripts as a true and correct transcription of the recorded proceedings.

The record is professionally typed and bound. Depending on the magnitude of the proceedings, the transcript of the proceedings will be delivered to the client within a reasonable period of time as agreed.

Extra copies of transcripts are also available.

Transcriptions are done in any required format in hard copy and/or electronic versions.

We are au fait with the requirements set out in the Rules of the Supreme Court of Appeals with regard to the preparation of appeal records and strictly adhere thereto.

Equipment

We have equipment available for the transcribing of:

We provide all necessary recording equipment and microphones. Our technician will arrive prior to the commencement of the proceedings to set up the equipment.

Labour law proceedings

We render advisory services during disciplinary hearings and we will chair the hearing if required.
